Rendering Word Documents
Text files include plain text e.g. TXT and LOG files and rich text formats e.g. DOCX and ODT files. Rich text formats contain pages that can include text, graphics, tables, formatting, and other media. The most commonly used applications for Text files are Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer, Apache OpenOffice Writer, and Apple Pages.

The following Text formats are supported by the GroupDocs.Viewer.
Auto Detection means that GroupDocs.Viewer for Java can determine the type of the Text file by reading the information in the file header.
